Operating status requires evidence of energisation or commissioning and evidence that the facility or phase is available for service.

Under construction requires explicit construction evidence. A contractor appointment, land agreement, financing announcement or target date alone remains pre-construction evidence.

The checker classifies the specific phase being assessed. It does not add a first-phase capacity figure to a wider campus ceiling or national programme total.

What the result cannot establish

  • The output is only as strong as the evidence selected.
  • Official announcements can be revised, delayed or cancelled.
  • Capacity labels can refer to IT load, facility power, a phase, a campus or a long-term ceiling and should not be mixed.
